Surah Al-A'laa — The Most High

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

1. Hizb 60
   87:1 ▶
   ﲏﲐﲑﲒﲓ سَبِّحِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ ٱلْأَعْلَى

   Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High,

   Tafsir
2. 87:2 ▶
   ﲔﲕﲖﲗ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ

   Who created and proportioned

   Tafsir
3. 87:3 ▶
   ﲘﲙﲚﲛ وَٱلَّذِى قَدَّرَ فَهَدَىٰ

   And who destined and [then] guided

   Tafsir
4. 87:4 ▶
   ﲜﲝﲞﲟ وَٱلَّذِىٓ أَخْرَجَ ٱلْمَرْعَىٰ

   And who brings out the pasture

   Tafsir
5. 87:5 ▶
   ﲠﲡﲢﲣ فَجَعَلَهُۥ غُثَآءً أَحْوَىٰ

   And [then] makes it black stubble.

6. 87:6 ▶
   ﲤﲥﲦﲧ سَنُقْرِئُكَ فَلَا تَنسَىٰٓ

   We will make you recite, [O Muhammad], and you will not forget,

   Tafsir
7. 87:7 ▶
   ﲨﲩﲪﲫﲬﲭﲮﲯﲰﲱﲲ إِلَّا مَا شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ يَعْلَمُ ٱلْجَهْرَ وَمَا يَخْفَىٰ

   Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden.

   Tafsir
8. 87:8 ▶
   ﲳﲴﲵ وَنُيَسِّرُكَ لِلْيُسْرَىٰ

   And We will ease you toward ease.

   Tafsir
9. 87:9 ▶
   ﲶﲷﲸﲹﲺ فَذَكِّرْ إِن نَّفَعَتِ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ

   So remind, if the reminder should benefit;

   Tafsir
10. 87:10 ▶
    ﲻﲼﲽﲾ سَيَذَّكَّرُ مَن يَخْشَىٰ

    He who fears [Allah] will be reminded.

    Tafsir
11. 87:11 ▶
    ﱁﱂﱃ وَيَتَجَنَّبُهَا ٱلْأَشْقَى

    But the wretched one will avoid it -

12. 87:12 ▶
    ﱄﱅﱆﱇﱈ ٱلَّذِى يَصْلَى ٱلنَّارَ ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ

    [He] who will [enter and] burn in the greatest Fire,

13. 87:13 ▶
    ﱉﱊﱋﱌﱍﱎﱏ ثُمَّ لَا يَمُوتُ فِيهَا وَلَا يَحْيَىٰ

    Neither dying therein nor living.

14. 87:14 ▶
    ﱐﱑﱒﱓﱔ قَدْ أَفْلَحَ مَن تَزَكَّىٰ

    He has certainly succeeded who purifies himself

15. 87:15 ▶
    ﱕﱖﱗﱘﱙ وَذَكَرَ ٱسْمَ رَبِّهِۦ فَصَلَّىٰ

    And mentions the name of his Lord and prays.

16. 87:16 ▶
    ﱚﱛﱜﱝﱞ بَلْ تُؤْثِرُونَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ ٱلدُّنْيَا

    But you prefer the worldly life,

17. 87:17 ▶
    ﱟﱠﱡﱢ وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةُ خَيْرٌ وَأَبْقَىٰٓ

    While the Hereafter is better and more enduring.

18. 87:18 ▶
    ﱣﱤﱥﱦﱧﱨ إِنَّ هَـٰذَا لَفِى ٱلصُّحُفِ ٱلْأُولَىٰ

    Indeed, this is in the former scriptures,

19. 87:19 ▶
    ﱩﱪﱫﱬ صُحُفِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ

    The scriptures of Abraham and Moses.
